Samsung 55-Inch Curved TV Led Malfunction Warranty Fail


Hi, we bought a Samsung 55-inch curved TV back in July 2019. In order to guarantee its durability and safeguard it from potential damage, we made the wise decision to purchase a surge-protected power strip from an authorized service provider, along with a top-of-the-line screen protector of the highest quality. The TV functioned perfectly until August 2023, when an unexpected LED malfunction occurred. We had it repaired by the authorized service for a fee. Even though we were careful and didn't use the TV often, it malfunctioned again, and it wasn't our fault. The screen abruptly went black, and the sound began to fade. The Samsung service technicians examined the TV and identified a panel issue. They recommended replacing the panel, which would cost around ₺21,000. They proceeded to provide a 30% discount. This TV, bought with high expectations of the brand's reputation for excellence, has encountered two major problems within a short period, resulting in a sense of letdown. It is quite disappointing that Samsung did not support the product despite its high quality and brand reputation. I have lost faith in the brand due to the two significant failures of such a costly product within a brief timeframe, compounded by Samsung's lack of providing a complimentary replacement. We kindly ask the authorities to provide a resolution to this matter.
