My Samsung TV's Expensive Repair and Broken Promises

After purchasing a Samsung television with a 75-inch screen, I discovered that it had 6-7 significant black patches caused by a faulty LED bulb. Because the television was only two and a half years old, I thought it wouldn't be a problem to get it back to its original state. Yet, Samsung demanded an unreasonable amount of money for the repair: 12,500 TL. How much is this thing now?? Following my objection, they made an offer to pay fifty percent of the total cost of the repair. As a result of this experience, I now understand that it is not worthwhile to spend more money on a Samsung device since the quality of their customer support and solutions is below par.
