The LEDs Of My Samsung TV Burned Out in Its 3rd Year

About 3 years ago, I bought a Samsung LED UE43TU7100UXTK model 43" TV. In the 3rd year, large black spots appeared on the screen because the LEDs were broken. I took a photo and sent it to Technical Support. Knowing that the LEDs were burnt, they sent a service person to check and charged 500 TL in return. Service The answer given by the staff to the problem was that LEDs deteriorate over time, just like normal bulbs. The LEDs of my TV, which work for 1 hour in the morning and 4-5 hours in the evening, have reached the end of their life in 2.5-3 years. Moreover, the amount they charged for the repair was 7900 TL. 2 TVs that are not worth it. If the LEDs will burn out and the TV will break down in 2.5-3 years, why do we pay so much money to buy a brand? I stated that I would apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and they pocketed the 500 TL and left. , don't buy it, don't mind. This is literally setting a trap. Then, I asked why they gave the TV a 10-year life span. The answer of the service personnel was: "That time is the parts supply period." So, be aware, the television you bought from Samsung will start to cause problems as soon as the warranty period expires and they will have made money from you not once, but several times. They cannot predict the lifespan of the televisions they produce, but the only thing they know is that their products will cause problems as soon as the warranty period expires. Nowadays, the phrase "I'm not rich enough to buy cheap goods" has been reversed. I can buy it cheap for the same money, I can wear it differently and wear it new. I will take my problem to the CONSUMER ARBITRATION COMMITTEE.
