The panel on my TV broke, and when I called them to get it fixed, they asked for an outrageous 7000 TL. Can you believe it? I asked for a deal, but they wouldn't move. It's not right! I had to pay an outrageous amount for a TV that is only two years old. Samsung's lack of interest in my problem was surprising to me. They didn't care at all and just wanted to charge me as much as possible. It's a disgrace! I feel like this brand is cheating me, wouldn't you feel the same way?? I'm not a millionaire, and I don't have an endless supply of money. But why should I have to pay so much money for something that wasn't my fault? It's frustrating and sad that a company I trusted would treat me this way. I hope that other people can learn from my mistake and not make the same one.
