My Samsung TV's Expensive Repair and Broken Promises

It's been 2.5 years since I purchased a Samsung 55-inch curved TV. The screen abruptly went black, with only half of it reluctantly displayed. It took three frustrating WhatsApp calls before a service technician arrived. He discovered the problem: the LEDs had burned out. I paid a whopping 350 tl service fee, only to be hit with a 5850 tl repair bill. The kicker was that it wasn't a user error or an electrical problem; it was a Samsung TV with dim LEDs. They demanded nearly 6000 tl just five months after the warranty expired. They claim Samsung provides quality, but the LEDs on their television failed, leaving me to foot the bill. Despite numerous calls to customer service and the service center, there is still no TV six months later. "Your issue has been resolved," they finally said. "Enjoy your television." I thought it was a joke at first. Nobody is taking responsibility. I'm the one who is stuck with a 20,000 tl piece of junk. I might start a bonfire in front of Samsung's headquarters soon.
