Samsung 58TU7000 TV Panel Malfunction
The performance of Samsung is unsatisfactory. I bought a Samsung 58TU7000 model TV in 2021, and just two months after the warranty period of two years had passed, the panel on the TV stopped working properly. The error log of the television displayed a panel error count of 240. For the repairs, the service center requested a payment of 8000 TL. After doing some research on the internet, I found out that this model suffers from a chronic issue. The Samsung brand, which we selected because of its reputation for quality, has provided us with a faulty and defective product. I demand that the television be upgraded to a newer and more capable model as soon as possible.
