Samsung UE58TU7000UXTK TV Panel Malfunction

In October 2022, my Samsung UE58TU7000UXTK model TV, whose warranty had ended, had a problem with its second panel. We were told by the service that the cost to replace the panel would be 10,500 TL. Even though we used the TV carefully and trusted the brand's reputation and durability, it let us down by having this problem in a short time. I've noticed that there are a lot of complaints about long-term problems with these models, which may be caused by how they are made. We want Samsung, a brand whose quality we trust, to listen to us and figure this out.
