On October 29th, 2020, I purchased a television and had it installed in May 2021. Unfortunately, my device had a panel malfunction, and when I contacted customer service, they informed me that the warranty had expired and that the repair would cost 8,500 TL. After conducting some research, I discovered that other users had encountered the same problem, indicating that I was not alone. I'm sorry I didn't get two similar devices from a lesser-known brand instead of this one. I chose this device because I trust and value the Samsung brand, but I am very disappointed. I want to warn those who are thinking about purchasing or have already purchased this product that it may not be worth it in the long run.
