Samsung 50-inch Crystal TV Panel Failure Twice in Three Years

In December 2020, we bought a Samsung 50-inch Crystal TV. When they were selling this TV, they said great things about it all the time, praising it like crazy... but it didn't take long for it to start giving us problems. The stupid thing broke! We had to call the approved service, and after two years, the panel was replaced because it was still under warranty. What, though? The same problem happened again not long after the guarantee ran out. The service guys told us that replacing the screen would cost a whopping 8500 (Turkish Lira)! How could that be? They even had the nerve to say that this was a regular problem with this model of TV and that it would keep happening every two years even if we fixed it now. You have to be accountable for the things you make. Even though we just bought it three years ago, the service has already given up on finding a permanent answer. It's not fair to us as buyers. Back up the things you make!!!!

When more than a week passed since my complaint, I wanted to check my complaint, but I saw that some sentences and expressions in my complaint were changed before it was published. I was surprised. I'm disappointed that Samsung hasn't responded.
