Samsung QLED 50Q60T TV Chronic Main Panel Problem
My Samsung QLED 50Q60T 50-inch model television suddenly broke down. The television we bought in February 2021 suddenly lost its display after its 3rd year. The TV constantly turns on and off, there is no picture but there is sound. I am also sharing a video of it. I see from the complaints that this is a chronic problem. When we applied to the service with our additional warranty in Vatan, we were informed that the main panel would need to be replaced, which would cost around 15K Turkish lira, in which case this television would be garbage. A brand like Samsung should not allow this. We buy this product by trusting the brand and believing that it is of high quality. The product cannot be sold at these prices for 3 years. We demand that the television be repaired free of charge or replaced with a new one, as is done to other product owners. We are waiting for feedback from the authorities regarding this issue.
