Dear Samsung Customer Service, in 2019, I purchased a Samsung 49RU7100 satellite receiver Smart TV from hepsiburada.com. Over time, the left side of the screen has progressively darkened, and this issue has worsened to the point where the screen is now unusable. From my research, it appears that LED screen burnout is a chronic issue with this model and has been commonly reported by other users. I purchased this TV due to my trust in the Samsung brand, but the fact that such a problem has occurred within a relatively short period, coupled with similar reports from other customers, suggests a manufacturing defect. My television is still within the warranty period, and I kindly request that it be repaired free of charge. I ask for your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.
