Right After Warranty Ended, SAMSUNG 58TU7000 TV Screen Started Flashing

They called from the Samsung company on Friday, but I didn't hear it. They said they would call back, but no one has contacted me. I trusted the Samsung brand and bought an expensive TV, but unfortunately, I am a victim due to a manufacturing defect. The TV is not working.

3 years ago, shortly after I started using the samsung led tv I bought with trust, the screen started flashing. I called the service. But since the TV made this malfunction once in a while, the service person said that there was no problem with the TV because the TV did not make this malfunction next to the service person. I took a video, he said it couldn't be seen from here, he said it could be the satellite. I had a satellite dish installed and this time the lamp was on very brightly. The TV suddenly malfunctioned after the warranty period ended, the image suddenly disappeared. The service demanded a fee of 7000 tl because the warranty period had expired. Unfortunately, the TV, which was defective when I bought it, is not working now, and I was victimized because the repair fee was too high. When I looked at the comments on the internet, I saw a lot of complaints about this model TV with the same fault. This model, which is faulty production, should not be sold or samsung should help its customers. I demand that my victimization be eliminated

The Samsung LED TV that I purchased 3 years ago started experiencing flickering on the screen. After the warranty period ended, the TV suddenly shut down and stopped working. Samsung provided a one-time free panel replacement. However, despite this, the television has started displaying the same flickering issue again, with the screen flickering on and off. It seems to be a faulty manufacturing issue, as the Samsung TV is once again displaying the same problem. It's highly likely that it will shut down abruptly. I request that the TV be repaired and my inconvenience be addressed.

I was called by Samsung, and after a positive conversation with Mr. Cihan, I was informed that the TV would be repaired free of charge as a one-time exception. My TV was repaired by the service team last night without any charge. I would like to thank Samsung for standing by their customer after the sale and prioritizing customer satisfaction even though the warranty period had expired. My TV is now working, and my grievance has been resolved.
