Samsung Offered Zero Service for Q55s95b Model TV

I am facing a major setback in syncing my Philips Hue lighting system with my 2022 model Samsung 55Q80B TV due to the absence of the Philips Hue sync app in the Smart Hub store. Despite finding information on the Philips Hue site that the app should work on 2022 and newer Samsung QLED TVs in the Q60 or higher series, it's nowhere to be found on my TV. When I reached out to Philips Hue customer service, they confirmed that the app is indeed ready for use in Turkey. However, the holdup lies with Samsung, which seems to be dragging its feet in expediting the necessary processes. As a result, Philips is stuck in limbo, and we, the consumers, are left without the benefits and convenience of the sync app. This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially when advertised features are not readily available to users. I hope both Philips and Samsung resolve this issue promptly, so I can fully enjoy the capabilities of my lighting system with my TV.

Every time I try to update or reinstall anything, the screen displays error code 800, and nothing wo...
