I Keep Getting Error Code 800 on My Samsung F8000 TV—Can’t Update or Keep Apps Installed

I’ve been dealing with a recurring and extremely frustrating issue on my Samsung F8000 TV. The system won’t allow any software updates, and to make matters worse, apps keep disappearing on their own. Every time I try to update or reinstall anything, the screen displays error code 800, and nothing works. It’s making the smart features of the TV totally useless.

I’ve tried restarting, resetting, and checking my internet connection—none of it helps. From what I’ve seen online, I’m definitely not the only one facing this issue. Many other users have reported the exact same error, yet there doesn’t seem to be an official fix or explanation from Samsung.

This is completely unacceptable for a TV that was marketed as a premium smart device. I expect my television to function properly, especially when it comes to basic tasks like app updates and downloads. Samsung, if you’re aware that this is a widespread problem, why isn’t there a clear solution?
