On April 8, 2024, I purchased the Samsung Q60C QLED model television. Installation was done by Adana 4S service. Due to the holiday season, I couldn't inspect it until after the holiday. I noticed clouding issues as I mainly use the TV in the evenings and nights and created a service request. I am knowledgeable about panel issues, and I informed the service team that they needed to come in the evening for testing; however, they arrived during the day. They performed tests from the expert menu, claiming they were conducting necessary tests, but these were only dead pixel tests. I provided photos and was told they would forward them to Samsung headquarters for resolution within 4 business days, but I haven't received any response yet. I absolutely reject this TV and demand a refund. If the service issue is not resolved, my relationship with Samsung will end, and I will return the device to Media Markt. This issue, discovered a week later due to the holiday, would have been noticed on the first day if it weren't for the holiday. If my demands are not met, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Urgent action is requested. Thank you.

I still haven't been called by the solution center, only automated messages are being sent. Let me update you on the situation anyway. I kept calling the service that I registered with and sent the photos to, which then forwarded them to the Samsung center, and I finally learned about the process, thank goodness. A result came in, but it was reported with the wrong brand and model, so we sent another email, but the response was an email saying that this situation is normal. This situation is absolutely not an acceptable issue. Moreover, the person on the phone shamelessly says that this problem exists in all QLEDs without specifying the brand or model. I know very clearly that this is not true. Defective products are being sold, and the brand does not stand behind this product. In short, my advice to friends who are considering buying a Samsung brand television is to stay away if possible. This advice is mainly because it is a brand that does not stand behind the products it produces. I have no choice but to seek my rights through the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and rest assured that I will defend my rights to the end.

Today, we spoke with Ms. Fadime from the solution center. She listened to my issue and the process I went through with interest. She informed me that she is following up on the matter through the photos and videos I added again. First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Fadime for her interest and empathy. A moment ago, I opened the Doctor Strange movie to take clearer and more detailed photos, and also to watch a film (even though I didn't enjoy it much). Besides the clouding issue, I identified another problem: we have "a brand new dead pixel." I'm sharing this here additionally, once again bringing it to the attention of Ms. Fadime and Samsung.

When we spoke with the Adana service, we learned that this was a live pixel error. I mentioned that the solution center had created a service record on my behalf, and since it was already created, we scheduled an appointment to check the pixel. Mehmet Bey, whom I spoke with, claimed that clouding is still not a problem and that it is even stated in the user manual that this is not an issue. I will update here if there are any updates. I hope other consumers are not victimized, don't buy it, don't let others buy it, go and get a cheaper 4K high-level or Onvo, you'll experience the same issues anyway, at least your money will stay in your pocket.

Dead (live) pixel check was performed, necessary photos and videos were taken and sent to the headquarters by the service. They accepted the pixel error and directed it to the replacement repair team. I have been waiting for them to call me for 2 days. Meanwhile, they still do not consider the clouding issue as a problem, and the solution center shares the same opinion. However, if you encounter this issue, definitely apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, you will get results. I have not applied yet because the pixel issue was accepted by Samsung, but the situation may require me to apply, and I will use my legal rights if necessary. Stay away from Samsung.
