My Samsung TV Shows Error 800 During Update and Deleted All My Apps

I’m having a serious issue with my Samsung TV during the software update process. Every time I try to update, I get an “Error 800 Source Error”, and to make things worse, the TV automatically deletes its own pre-installed apps.
When I go to the Samsung App Store to reinstall the apps, they’re simply not showing up—as if they no longer exist or are being blocked. This makes my TV almost unusable, even though it was working fine before the update attempt.
I don’t want to throw away a fully functional television because of a software glitch. Samsung, I’m calling on your support team to urgently address this issue. Either provide a working update or restore access to the deleted apps. I need a fix now—not silence.
