My Samsung TV Won’t Update and Keeps Showing an Error Despite Being Eligible
I’m trying to update my Samsung TV (model shown in the photo I uploaded), but every time I attempt the update, I get an error screen just like in the second photo. I’ve retried the process multiple times, but the update still fails with the same error message.
What’s frustrating is that Samsung’s official sources say this model should be eligible for updates, yet it simply doesn’t work. There’s clearly something wrong with the software or the update process, and I’m left with no solution on my end.
Samsung, I expect this to be resolved immediately. If my TV is update-compatible, make it work—or explain why it isn’t and provide an alternative. I don’t want to be stuck with a TV that can’t function as promised.
