Ininal Closes Operations and Withholds Remaining Funds from Physical Cardholders
Since April, I have been completely unable to access the remaining balance on my physical İninal card. Because the company shut down, withdrawing or using the money on my card has become impossible. Since April 4, 2025, I have repeatedly tried using ATMs, the mobile app, and point-of-sale transactions, but none of these methods worked.
When I tried contacting İninal customer service, I discovered that the phone numbers listed online were invalid. Furthermore, the company has no active, reachable office or physical branch. We are currently in the process of filing a formal criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office regarding this matter.
The first and last four digits of my card are 4785****6654, and I reside in Istanbul. I demand that İninal immediately refund my remaining balance to a bank account registered in my name and urgently resolve this issue.
