I purchased a Samsung RB50RS334SA refrigerator in 2021, expecting reliable long-term use. However, starting in 2023, the appliance has developed a recurring fault: the refrigerator stops cooling entirely. Because of this, my food has spoiled multiple times, resulting in both financial and personal frustration.
Each time the issue appeared, I contacted Samsung authorized service, and parts were replaced. But these repairs only provided temporary relief—after a short period, the same fault returned. Most recently, on September 11, 2025, the refrigerator failed again with the exact same problem.
Despite the product still being under warranty, I continue to experience the same breakdown year after year, showing that the problem is not an isolated defect but a persistent, recurring fault. Temporary fixes are no longer acceptable, as they do not solve the underlying issue.
I am formally requesting a full product replacement, since multiple repair attempts have failed to provide a lasting solution. A refrigerator at this level of repeated malfunction undermines consumer trust and causes unnecessary hardship.

Samsung should take full responsibility and replace the unit without delay so that I can finally have a dependable refrigerator in my home.
