I Keep Getting ‘No Signal’ on My Samsung TV—Only Temporary Fix Through DiSEqC Setting

It’s obvious that the recurring "No Signal" issue affecting many Samsung TV users at the same time is not a personal or isolated problem. Every time this happens, the only way I can bring the channels back is by going into the LNB settings and switching the DiSEqC configuration to 1/4. This temporary workaround should not be the only solution.
It’s clear there’s a larger technical issue at play—one that Samsung needs to address at a corporate level. This problem cannot be resolved remotely or through standard technical support, and it’s happening too often to be ignored. When a TV can’t maintain basic satellite signal without constant manual adjustment, something is seriously wrong.
Samsung, this is hurting your brand’s reputation. You need to investigate this issue thoroughly, provide a permanent fix, and issue an official update or service announcement. Your customers shouldn’t be forced to tweak backend settings just to watch TV normally. Please acknowledge the scope of the problem and resolve it once and for all.
Even though my complaint was not resolved, they closed it on their own. Their offer is to send a technical service to my home. While there are many similar problems that could not be solved even after the technical service came, I will just end up paying a 750 TL service fee and my problem will not be solved. Unfortunately, this is how corporate and professional their approach is.
