Dear Samsung Customer Service, I am writing to address the serious issues I have encountered with the Samsung 65QN90D model television purchased from www.samsung.com and to request a resolution. I regret to inform you that the television was delivered with a damaged box, and during the installation by the authorized service, the device failed to receive a satellite signal. The service report clearly states that the box was damaged and that no satellite signal was detected. Although I was advised to check the cables, no issues were found upon inspection; the same cables work perfectly with other devices. I have attempted to resolve this issue by contacting your customer service multiple times. However, my calls have been ignored, and I have been met with disconnection. I am also aware that others have faced similar problems before. In accordance with the unconditional 14-day return or exchange policy specified on your website, I request that my claim for a return or exchange be urgently reviewed due to the defective part (tuner) and other issues with the screen. I trust that this matter will be addressed promptly, reflecting Samsung's commitment to customer satisfaction and consumer rights.
