Dear Samsung Customer Service, I am writing to address the serious issues I have encountered with the Samsung 65QN90D model television purchased from www.samsung.com and to request a resolution. I regret to inform you that the television was delivered with a damaged box, and during the installation by the authorized service, the device failed to receive a satellite signal. The service report clearly states that the box was damaged and that no satellite signal was detected. Although I was advised to check the cables, no issues were found upon inspection; the same cables work perfectly with other devices. I have attempted to resolve this issue by contacting your customer service multiple times. However, my calls have been ignored, and I have been met with disconnection. I am also aware that others have faced similar problems before. In accordance with the unconditional 14-day return or exchange policy specified on your website, I request that my claim for a return or exchange be urgently reviewed due to the defective part (tuner) and other issues with the screen. I trust that this matter will be addressed promptly, reflecting Samsung's commitment to customer satisfaction and consumer rights. Should this not be resolved, I will be compelled to pursue my legal rights. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible. Sincerely,

"Your resolution team has not contacted me yet, and even when I did speak with them, they were not solution-oriented. Your technical service passes the issue to the dealer, and the dealer passes it to the headquarters. As a victim of a product I do not use, I am the one dealing with it. The customer satisfaction that is praised during the sale becomes focused on dismissing the issue when a problem arises. The dealer says the headquarters is dismissing you, and the headquarters says the same thing about the dealer. In this situation, your boasted customer satisfaction turns out to be completely unfounded."

"The reason I chose Samsung was its quality, and now I also distinguish it from other brands because of its after-sales services. They responded with a tradesman mentality. Even though my warranty had expired, my panel malfunction was fixed twice and I was not charged. +The customer representative lady personally took care of the situation and called each time to inform me that they were following up on the process. I especially appreciate this as well. Unlike the usual customer representative cases, it’s great that she was the only one following up on the issue. Note: +I bought 5 pieces of Samsung white goods this week, got carried away and bought for the other house too 😁 I hope we won’t be let down and your after-sales support continues..."
