My Samsung QLED TV Won’t Turn On and I’ve Waited Days Without Technician Support
I’ve owned my Samsung QLED TV for four years, and up until now, I was satisfied—until it suddenly refused to turn on. Although the red standby light is on, the TV doesn’t respond to any buttons or the remote. It’s completely unresponsive.
What’s even more frustrating is the poor customer support process. Reaching Samsung customer service is incredibly difficult, involving multiple steps, endless messages, and confusing WhatsApp redirections. I’ve been waiting for two full days just to get a technician appointment scheduled. The TV has been out of service since the holiday, and while the system says “repair in progress,” no technician has even been assigned yet.
For a brand of Samsung’s caliber, this level of inaccessibility and delay is shocking. Their support workflow and policies are overly complicated and inefficient, especially compared to the high standards expected from a company with a reputation for quality and innovation.
I expect immediate action: assign a technician, schedule a repair visit, and resolve the issue without further delay. This kind of service is not acceptable from a brand like Samsung.
