Free Case Not Included with Samsung Flip5 Phone
I purchased the Samsung Flip5 phone and followed the instructions to register via mobile. However, I didn't receive any information about the complimentary case, so I reached out to [email protected]. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, I couldn't obtain any information through any channel. I even downloaded the app and proceeded as a member, but until the order was placed, Samsung showed no interest in ensuring customer satisfaction. It seems they haven't investigated the situation at all.
