My Samsung Smartphone IMEI Cloned
My Samsung phone's IMEI has been cloned. I contacted Samsung's customer support in Turkey via WhatsApp. A representative requested specific documents and gave me an email address to send them to. I sent the documents you asked. I waited for a day, but received no response. When I phoned Samsung again, another agent confirmed that they had given me the incorrect email address. When I pointed out that I had waited in vain for a day, they responded illogically. The customer service department lacks adequate information. When I ask a query, I get answers like 'We don't have information on this issue' or 'We cannot provide information on this topic.' It appears that even customer service needs guidance. I will not contemplate purchasing another Samsung product. Product quality and customer service are insufficient. The post-purchase service is likewise lacking. I will not tolerate such a circumstance again.
