Samsung Account Login Woes on Flip5
Just 2 days ago, I purchased a Flip5. However, I've been encountering a persistent "processing failed" error when trying to log in to my Samsung account. I'm unable to update the Galaxy store, add my Samsung account to my Samsung phone, or even reset the phone. I keep receiving notifications to log in to my Samsung account, creating a constant annoyance. The Samsung dealer we purchased from simply brushes off the issue, saying there's nothing they can do. This situation is incredibly frustrating. After shelling out a hefty 48,000 TL, it feels like my investment is crashing against a wall. The inability to access essential features and get support leaves me feeling helpless and dissatisfied.
