Samsung Turkey Violates The Campaign Terms

I have pre-ordered the Galaxy Z Flip 5 from Samsung Turkey with a return campaign. I had to send the device I returned for the refund campaign and they were supposed to send me the payment within 7 business days according to the campaign terms, but they exceeded this deadline. I contacted them via email regarding the Amazon and YouTube membership campaigns, and they stated in writing that these campaigns do not exist as advertised on their website. They became aware of the existence of the campaign when I sent them the campaign terms on their website. They delivered my gift case to me 7 days after my right of withdrawal expired, and during this period, the back of my phone got scratched. They also sent me the gift voucher worth 1000 TL 7 days after my right of withdrawal expired, but the code they sent was invalid. I informed them about it. Today is September 1st and I have been waiting for them to fix the error since August 24th. During this time, the stock of the product I planned to order has run out, and I still haven't heard back from Samsung Turkey.
