Disappointment with Samsung M52's Poor Quality and Absence of Customer Service

I'm having some irritating issues with the Samsung M52 phone I recently purchased. Upon receiving the phone, I quickly noticed that there were internet connection and wifi problems. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the phone had been previously updated before the date of my purchase. This led me to believe that the phone had been opened and used before I received it. I contacted the warranty service for Samsung in hopes of resolving the internet connection problem and to find out why the phone had been updated before I received it. To my disappointment, the warranty service was able to resolve the internet connection problem, but provided no explanation for why the phone had been updated before it was sold to me. As a consumer who paid a significant amount of money for a brand new phone, I am deeply disappointed by Samsung's lack of accountability and customer service. I believe that the phone I received was defective and should have never been sold to me. I am considering taking further action, such as contacting the consumer arbitration board, in order to seek a replacement for this phone. It is unacceptable that I paid so much money for a defective product and Samsung has not stood behind their product or their customer.
