I Can’t Charge My Samsung A15 Phone—Issue Keeps Returning Despite Repair and Warranty
I purchased a Samsung A15 smartphone expecting reliability, but I’ve been deeply disappointed. The phone constantly has charging issues—it either charges extremely slowly or doesn’t charge at all. I sent it in for repair, and while it worked temporarily afterward, the exact same problem came back soon after.
What’s worse is the complete lack of support I’ve received despite the device being under both warranty and insurance. I requested a product replacement, but that was flat-out denied without any explanation. No one from Samsung or the authorized dealer seems to care or take responsibility for the ongoing issue.
I didn’t spend my money on a brand like Samsung just to deal with repeated hardware failures and zero accountability. I want this defective phone replaced immediately. If Samsung fails to resolve this, I will escalate my complaint to all relevant consumer protection channels. A phone that can’t charge properly is unacceptable, especially when it’s still under coverage. Stand by your warranty, Samsung, and fix this now!
