Paid for Getcontact Premium but Can't See Who Looked Up My Number

I have been a Getcontact Premium subscriber for a long time, with my membership purchased through the App Store. However, even with Premium active, when I search a number I can only see the first initials of names — I cannot access full name information.
On top of that, I have a separate number and account that I never actively use. Even though I never search my main number from that inactive account, I keep receiving weekly notifications suggesting that searches are somehow being made from it. This is confusing and has seriously shaken my trust in the app.
The whole reason I paid for Premium was to see who has been looking up my number. Yet for most numbers, the app simply displays a message saying the other party has chosen to remain anonymous. If users can hide behind anonymity and I cannot clearly see who is searching my number, then the Premium membership is not delivering what it promises.
I am demanding that the features advertised with the Premium subscription work properly and consistently, that the bugs affecting number search results and notifications be fixed, and that the confusion within the system be thoroughly investigated.
