Tracelo Made Two Unauthorized Charges on My Credit Card

I discovered that a company called Tracelo attempted two separate unauthorized charges on my İş Bankası credit card without my knowledge or consent. The first attempt was for €199 on June 19th at 10:32 PM, and the second was for €150 on June 21st at 7:32 PM — neither of these transactions belongs to me.
After noticing what had happened, I was unable to reach my bank effectively and have not received any clear information or response so far. I want to know how my card details ended up being used through Tracelo, and I am demanding that both transactions be fully canceled and that any holds or provisional charges be lifted immediately.
I am calling on Tracelo to conduct a thorough security review of my account and card information, to provide me with a clear written explanation of these unauthorized transaction attempts, and to take the necessary steps to ensure nothing like this happens again.
