Unauthorized Trecelo.com Virtual POS Transaction Drains Bank Account

On May 19, 2026, $50 was fraudulently withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank account through a virtual POS transaction on Trecelo.com — without my knowledge or consent. I never authorized this transaction and did not carry it out myself.
I am demanding that the $50 be refunded to me as soon as possible, that a full investigation be launched into how and by what authority this transaction was processed from my account, and that the necessary measures be taken to prevent unauthorized transactions like this from happening again.
