I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 512 GB from Hepsiburada, and it is still under warranty. Recently, the battery started to swell, which caused the back cover to detach from the device. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I haven’t previously contacted any technical service or Samsung customer support.
My invoice number is 7176378671, and the issue occurred in Kocaeli/Kartepe. The battery swelling has made me question the authenticity of the device, raising concerns that the phone might not be original or that I may have been misled by the seller or manufacturer.
Since my warranty is still valid, I request a full product replacement from Samsung. I also expect a thorough explanation regarding the cause of this issue and an assurance of product safety.
