Samsung S23 Ultra Has Swollen Battery Problem — Common Defect Needs Free Replacement

16

On March 27, 2023, I purchased a Samsung S23 Ultra smartphone from the Vatan Batıkent store. For the past three months, the battery has been swelling, creating a serious safety concern. During this period, I have repeatedly tried to reach technical service, but I have not been able to get any assistance. My device is currently out of warranty.

After doing some research, I discovered that many other users have reported the same battery swelling issue with this model, suggesting that this is a widespread and possibly chronic defect. Because this appears to be a common issue rather than an isolated case, I am requesting a free battery replacement as part of Samsung’s responsibility for product safety.

I can provide the purchase invoice if needed. I expect Samsung to take this issue seriously and resolve it promptly, as swollen batteries pose significant safety and usability risks.
