My Samsung S23 Ultra has started to show a serious issue—the back cover is coming apart, and I suspect that the battery may be swelling. This is especially frustrating considering that the phone is marketed as a premium, top-tier device and is still under warranty.
As a consumer, I take great care of my phone. I have always used it with a protective case and screen guard, so there is no misuse on my part. It is disappointing to see such a problem in a flagship product within such a short time.
