I Face Ongoing Network and Internet Issues on Samsung S23 Ultra Despite Service Repair

For about five months, I have been dealing with serious network and internet connection issues on my Samsung S23 Ultra. The device frequently loses connection, and these interruptions have negatively impacted my daily usage.
To resolve the problem, I took my phone to the Samsung technical service branch in Keçiören, Ankara. The service team performed a part replacement, but unfortunately, the same issue has continued even after the repair. My phone is still under warranty, and I also have my official service record number (4288614846) on hand.
Since this is a recurring problem that has not been fixed despite repair attempts, I am requesting a permanent solution—preferably a device replacement or a full refund. I kindly ask Samsung to address this matter promptly and restore my confidence in the device.
