I Face Frame Peeling Issue on Samsung S24 Ultra

I purchased a Samsung S24 Ultra through Hepsiburada, and from the very first day, I noticed an unusual issue with the phone’s frame. Despite always using the device with a protective case, point-like discoloration and peeling began appearing on the titanium frame. Initially, I thought it might just be dirt or smudges that would clean off, so I didn’t pay much attention.
However, after recently switching to a new phone case, I realized the problem had worsened dramatically. The edges of the frame are now almost entirely peeled, which is unacceptable for a flagship device marketed with a durable titanium body.
This damage cannot be blamed on user error, as the phone has always been used with a case and properly protected. The device is still under warranty, and no service or repair has been performed so far. The fact that this issue continues to worsen indicates a manufacturing defect in the frame material or coating.
I am requesting that Samsung honor the warranty and replace my device with a brand-new unit. Customers who spend a premium price on a flagship phone should not face such problems in a matter of months, especially when durability is one of the key selling points.
