Samsonite Backpack Warranty Fail Complaint

I purchased a Samsonite backpack from their website a year ago. The front zipper malfunctioned, and when I asked what to do on their website, they advised me to leave the product at their nearest store with the receipt, promising support. I took my backpack to the Akbatı store nearby for repairs, but they couldn't assist me and said I would need to pay an extra fee. Later, they said they would send the backpack for repair after payment. I questioned why I should pay for a product under warranty, and they mentioned that some branches are affiliated with Desaya rather than directly with Samsonite. I couldn't research this and it doesn't concern me; in short, I couldn't get my backpack repaired. This doesn't befit Samsonite or Desaya.

The return has not been processed yet, I had it done by a tailor for 10 TL, it was not necessary. Unfortunately, no matter how corporate your brand appears, you cannot go beyond being a small business.
