Samsonite Turkey Refused Product Replacement Despite Repeated Zipper Defects

I bought a Samsonite backpack for my son from Panora Mall in Ankara, Turkey. The zipper broke shortly after purchase, and what followed was a complete failure of service and customer care. 1st repair: They said it was “fixed,” but the zipper broke again the very next day. 2nd repair: I specifically requested a zipper replacement, yet the bag was returned with no repair at all. 3rd repair: Same issue, same result, still no repair. 4th repair: I demanded a product replacement. After 15 days, the bag came back again with no action taken, and my replacement request was refused. In total, there have been four repair attempts and zero solutions, not even a simple zipper change. According to Turkish Consumer Law (6502), after the same defect occurs twice, the consumer has the legal right to request a replacement or a refund. Samsonite Turkey completely ignored this. When I asked for a written confirmation of their refusal (so I could file an official complaint), the store did not provide it. This is not a simple mistake — it is a clear disregard for the customer and a shameful service process for a brand that claims to be “premium” worldwide. Because of this unacceptable treatment, I will share this entire experience publicly on social media in both Turkish and English, so everyone can see how Samsonite Turkey handles customer issues. I expect Samsonite to acknowledge this situation, apologize, and replace the defective product immediately, as required by law and basic customer service standards. If this is not resolved, I will proceed with all legal steps.
