Samsonite Forum Istanbul Store Ignored My Defective Biz2Go Backpack Complaint

I purchased a Samsonite Biz2Go-BP 17.3" EXP Overnight backpack from the Samsonite store in Forum Istanbul, paying $260. Shortly after the purchase, and after only a few trips and limited daily use, the upper part of the bag cracked, causing significant deformation.
Due to this issue, I visited the store twice to have the product sent for inspection. However, on both occasions, my request was rejected, and no solution was provided. I also was not informed whether the product was under warranty or the reason why it might be excluded from coverage. I still have the original purchase receipt as proof of payment.
I do not wish to receive the same model again, as I do not want to experience the same issue a second time. Therefore, I am requesting either an exchange for another product of equal value or a full refund for the defective item.
Hello. Although 14 days have passed, no one has contacted me yet. I am waiting for a response regarding my complaint. They follow up until the sale, but after the sale, they do not stand behind the product. I paid 11,000 TL. I definitely want an exchange or a refund for this product.
