I Face Unresolved Repair Request for American Tourister Suitcase

About one month ago, I brought my American Tourister suitcase to the Samsonite store in İzmir İstinyePark because the pull handle mechanism was broken. Even though the product was not under warranty, I agreed to have it repaired at my own expense and left the suitcase with the store. At that time, I was told the repair process would be completed within 30 business days.

When that period ended, I was contacted by the store and informed that I could come and collect my suitcase. However, when I went to pick it up, I was told that it could not be repaired and was simply being returned to me. I was not provided with any service report, receipt, or official documentation regarding the attempted repair or its failure.

I request that my suitcase be re-evaluated for repair, and if repair is not possible, I ask for a product replacement as a fair resolution. I trusted Samsonite/ American Tourister for quality and service, and I expect this issue to be handled properly so that I do not remain disadvantaged after waiting for the promised service.
