I Face Missing Wheel and Lack of Repair Solution for Samsonite Cabin Suitcase

About 3–4 years ago, I received a Samsonite cabin-size suitcase as a gift. During a trip about 3 months ago, one of its wheels fell off. I reported the issue to the Samsonite store at Ankara 365 Mall and delivered the suitcase to them about 1–2 months ago. The store staff told me they would contact the central service and let me know once the repair was completed.
After waiting 2–3 weeks, I was informed that the wheel part was no longer available, so the repair could not be done. They told me to collect my suitcase from the store, and it was returned to me still missing a wheel, making it completely unusable. Even though I offered to pay for the repair, no alternative solution was provided.
It is very disappointing that a suitcase from a brand like Samsonite cannot be repaired or provided with a spare part after only 3–4 years. I now have an unusable product with no resolution offered. I am requesting that Samsonite provide a proper solution—either by repairing the suitcase, sourcing the spare part, replacing the product, or issuing a refund. I ask that my grievance be resolved fairly and urgently.
