Salomon Speedcross 6 Sole Wore Out in 6 Months – No Warranty Support
In July 2024, I purchased a pair of Salomon Speedcross 6 shoes, expecting durability and premium quality. However, within just six months, the entire sole wore out completely, making them practically unusable. The rest of the shoe remained in perfect condition—no tears, no loose stitching—yet the sole eroded at an alarming rate.
In December, I returned the shoes through the store for a replacement request, but Salomon denied my claim, stating the damage was not due to a manufacturing defect. I paid a premium for these shoes, believing in their superior quality, yet they failed in record time. I demand a replacement. A brand that charges this much should stand behind its products!
