Salomon Shoes Split at the Sides Twice—Durability Issues & Warranty Concerns

I have been using Salomon shoes for four years, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. The first pair I bought started splitting at the sides after a while. Despite this, I still trusted the brand and purchased another pair on 28.01.2025. Unfortunately, the same issue happened again, this time within just eight months of use.

I only wear these shoes during winter and nature hikes, so excessive wear and tear is not an excuse. When I bought the shoes, I was told they had a two-year warranty, but when I tried to claim it, I was only given one year of coverage. I returned my shoes to the store for an inspection and expect a fair resolution.

I chose Salomon because of its reputation for quality and reliability, but after two defective pairs, I no longer feel confident in the brand. I request immediate attention to this matter.
