Salomon Shoes Tore in 4 Months—Warranty Denied as “User Error”

I purchased a pair of Salomon shoes from Vault just four months ago, and they have already started tearing at the seams. Despite being advertised as durable and high-quality, the shoes barely lasted two months of actual use, as I only wore them during the winter season. When I contacted customer service for a warranty claim, I was met with the same old excuse—‘user error.’ How is that possible when I followed normal usage conditions? Salomon claims to stand by their products, yet when an issue arises, they refuse to take responsibility. This is unacceptable! I demand a proper inspection, a refund, or a replacement. If Salomon won’t honor their warranty, why should customers trust them?
