Salomon Shoes Show Early Wear and Leak – Requesting Warranty Support

I purchased Salomon shoes with a 2-year warranty, paying a premium for what I believed would be a durable, high-quality product. However, around the 16th month, the shoes started to fall apart. Despite being advertised as waterproof, not only do they allow water in, but they have also begun to tear, and the soles are noticeably wearing down. I am extremely disappointed that a brand like Salomon, known for its high standards, has not met expectations with this product. I am seeking immediate support from Salomon to address these issues under warranty. This experience has been frustrating, and I hope the company stands behind its product and provides a proper resolution.
