Salomon Alphacross 5 Shoes Tore Within a Year – Warranty Denied

I purchased Salomon Alphacross 5 shoes, and within a year, both shoes tore in the same spot on the upper section. They haven’t been exposed to any sharp objects, so there’s no chance this damage was from external factors. I sent them in for inspection, but the claim was denied without a clear explanation.

This is the second pair of Salomon shoes I’ve owned with the same issue. I expected durability from a brand like Salomon, but it’s been a disappointment. With the inspection handled by the brand itself, it feels like a rejection is inevitable. I’d be happy to provide photos upon request to show the extent of the problem.
