I bought a pair of Salomon shoes, and despite hardly using them, both heels started tearing within less than two months. I sent them for inspection under warranty, but the request was denied, claiming there was no manufacturing defect. It’s frustrating that Salomon won’t offer a repair or replacement, even though I insisted. Now, I’m told I can’t submit another request because the claim was rejected. This lack of support is disappointing.
