Ryoko Modem Gave Foreign Language Results and Unreliable Location Services
I received my Ryoko unit just last month, and honestly, it’s been a pretty frustrating experience right from the beginning. The first sign something was off was when I used the modem to search for something, and the results were always in a foreign language. When I tried the same device with my regular service, everything displayed in English, so it's clear that the modem is the culprit here. Additionally, the device appears to switch locations unpredictably, causing chaos for anything dependent on location services. Once more, I haven't encountered any problems like this with my usual service. It just gets better and better, right? Every time I reach out to customer service via email, I get back a response that has nothing to do with my issue. I'm really torn here—should I just toss this thing or go for a refund? It’s a tough call. In short, steer clear of this company and what they offer. Definitely not worth the trouble.
