Ryoko Router Stopped Working In a Week - They Refuse to Confirm My Account

Trying the Ryoko router thrilled me, and initially it performed brilliantly. That did not last long, though; it simply stopped working within a week. Having found my original order number on their official website, I contacted customer support expecting they would assist. As it turns out, that is not even relevant as they assert they "can't confirm my account." I essentially paid for a product that hardly worked, and today I have nowhere to seek support. When a corporation turns away from its own offering, it can be aggravating. I really advise going elsewhere if you value dependability, nice customer service, and not squandering money. This has been a letdown all over, hence I would not suggest Ryoko to anyone.
