My Samsung VR7700 Won’t Charge and Shows “Wheels Are Slipping” Error After Service

35

I just got my Samsung VR7700 robot vacuum back from the service center, where I was told all the tests had been completed and the unit was ready to use. However, when I brought it home, it had no charge, and when I tried to plug it in, it couldn’t locate the charging station.

Instead, it displayed a “wheels are slipping” error and wouldn’t charge at all. Even when I manually placed it on the dock, it would say “going to charging station” and then once again display the same wheel error, without ever charging. What’s worse is that this issue actually started on the very first day I bought it, and now it continues even after service.

This is the third ongoing issue with this product, and I have no idea what to do anymore. I expected the service center to resolve the problems—not send it back in the same condition.
